Send the item details — a link, a photo, the exact name. The more specific you are, the better we hunt. We buy based on what you give us.
Step 2
We quote & you pay
We confirm the item price, the service fee, and any shipping for bulky pieces. Once you approve, payment is made upfront and we go to work.
Step 3
It comes home
We purchase it in Japan and bring it back, then get it to you in New Zealand. Curated and shipped from Auckland by Mugen Anime.
The investment
Orders under $100 NZD
$15 NZD Flat per item
A flat finder's fee for smaller pieces — keychains, single figures, card singles, small goods.
Orders $100 NZD & over
20% of total
Twenty percent of the total item cost — the item's retail price (including any overseas tax) plus currency conversion fees.
＋Shipping:
If your item fits in our suitcase, it rides home free. For anything too large or heavy to hand-carry, we'll quote shipping for your approval before buying, never a surprise charge.
＋Source price changes:
Overseas prices and exchange rates move. If the price rises before we buy, the difference is yours but we'll always check in first if it's significant.
