This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Mugen Anime, a brand operated by RRP Trading Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), processes and delivers orders. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing and dispatch

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

• Orders are dispatched on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• During sales, new releases, or peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We will let you know if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery times

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and our courier’s network.

• Rural deliveries may take additional time.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping costs

• Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

• Any free shipping offers or thresholds will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

6. Risk and delivery issues

• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

• If a tracked order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.

7. Pre-orders and backorders

Where an order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we may hold the entire order until all items are available, or contact you to arrange a split shipment. Estimated release dates for pre-orders are provided by manufacturers and may change.
